I’m a systems architect for women entrepreneurs.
Not a coach with a checklist. An operator who builds.
I’ve been in the trenches of the digital business world since 2016 — building websites, designing funnels, wiring up CRMs, and setting up automations for businesses across the U.S. and Canada. Before I ever took on a client, I built these systems inside my own family’s business, watching them turn chaos into consistency and hustle into something that could actually scale.
What I do isn’t complicated to explain: I help women stop duct-taping their businesses together and start running them like the serious operations they are. The tech, the strategy, the infrastructure — that’s where I live.
I’m also a homeschool mom to four (one graduated, three still at the table), married 23+ years, deeply rooted in faith, and very much a Texas woman. I understand what it means to build a business in real life — not on a highlight reel, not in an office with a door that locks.

LOVE TO EAT:
Tacos, always. I’m Hispanic, so Mexican food isn’t a trend, it’s a heritage. I’m a full-on foodie: Asian cuisine, a proper ribeye, every vegetable at the farmers market. I host big family holidays and I take both the food and the table setting very seriously. Oh, and popcorn is my kryptonite. Don’t test me.
IF I WASN´T A COACH...
I’d be writing. I’ve loved stories my whole life — reading them, writing them, sitting with people while they tell me theirs. I’m a bookworm to the bone and I still write over on the blog when something won’t leave me alone. My childhood dream, though? Archaeologist. Traveling the world, digging into ancient history and culture, understanding how people built things that lasted. Turns out that’s not so different from what I do now.

My taste is all over the map and I’m not sorry about it. Counting Crows and Natalie Merchant. Alanis, Sarah McLachlan, Jewel — the whole 90s fem singer era. Old country: Conway Twitty, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn. George Strait is my man and always will be. On the worship side, Rich Mullins, Smalltown Poets, Jennifer Knapp, and Tasha Cobbs — who is simply in a category of her own.
I´M MOST THANKFUL FOR:
My family, without question. My husband and my kids are the reason I built this business the way I built it — not to escape real life, but to fund it. I’m surrounded by people I love, I still have my grandma, and I don’t take a single day of that for granted.

A Texas Based Marketing Consultant and Tech and Automation Coach
A decade in the trenches. Two businesses built from the ground up. One very clear philosophy.
The first business I built wasn’t mine — it was my husband’s. When he launched his company, I stepped in as the operator behind the scenes: building the website, setting up the systems, managing the marketing, structuring the backend. I watched that company grow through expansion, navigate an economic downturn, survive a complete industry pivot, and rebuild on the other side of it into a thriving multi-six-figure business.
I didn’t use theory to do that. I used the same infrastructure framework I now install for my clients.
In 2016, I formalized what I’d been building and launched Cowboys Consulting — a digital agency serving small business owners across industries with web design, SEO, and digital marketing. For nearly a decade I’ve worked inside businesses ranging from real estate and retail to publishing, health, and coaching, building the technical and strategic infrastructure that actually moves revenue.
I’m a WordPress developer. A ConvertKit architect. An SEO strategist. A CRM builder. A funnel designer. And yes, I write the CSS too. I came up in an industry that’s still largely male-dominated, learned to hold my ground in technical rooms, and built a track record that stands entirely on results.
I’ve done all of this as a full-time homeschooling mom to four kids — teaching math and science, running a household, showing up at every game and recital, tending chickens, hosting holidays — and building a business serious enough to give other women a real model to follow.
I’m a Texas woman with Hispanic and Native American roots. I value grit and grace in equal measure. I believe in rolling up your sleeves and I believe in building something that lasts. My faith shapes how I work and how I lead — not loudly, but consistently.
The women I work with aren’t beginners. They’ve already built something real. They just need the infrastructure to match. That’s exactly what I’m here to install.
